At BlissXtra, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every product we offer. If your purchase does not meet expectations, we provide a clear and fair return process.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (verified by carrier tracking).
Accepted return conditions:

Unopened products — eligible for a full refund

Opened products — eligible only if at least 85% of the product remains
For health and safety reasons, opened items are never resold. They are responsibly disposed of after inspection.
BlissXtra reserves the right to inspect returned products and approve or decline returns based on condition.
Refund Processing

Refund includes original shipping cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Once returned products are received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Bank processing times may vary beyond our control.
Holiday Return Extension
Orders placed in November and December may be returned or exchanged until January 31 of the following year.
Exchanges

Unopened products may be exchanged within 90 days of delivery.

Exchanges may be for the same item or a different product.

Replacement items are shipped once the original product is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
If we delivered the wrong item or if an item arrived damaged/defective, BlissXtra will cover the return shipping.
For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
